Terms of service

Plain version first: you send us a photo of your menu, we host it at a link that never changes, and you can swap the photo whenever you like. If you stop paying, your page stays online — we just stop updating it. The rest of this page is the same thing said carefully.
What you get
- A web page showing the menu photo you upload, at a permanent address you choose.
- Unlimited changes to that photo and the details around it, made same day, Monday to Saturday.
- On the yearly plan, three vinyl decals posted to you.
- On the monthly plan, a printable sheet of QR codes you can print yourself.
Money
- $74.99 a year, or $9.99 a month. Prices shown at checkout are what you pay; there is no setup fee and no charge per scan.
- Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Plans renew automatically until you cancel. We will not raise the price on an existing subscription.
- Cancel any time by replying to any email we have sent you. Cancelling stops the next charge; we do not refund the current period, and your page stays live through the date you have paid up to.
- If you are unhappy in the first 30 days, ask and we will refund you.
What happens if you stop paying
Your page is frozen, not deleted. It keeps answering, so a decal on your window or a code on your bags does not turn into a dead link in front of a customer. What stops is updating: we will not change the photo or the details while the subscription is inactive. Start paying again and it picks up where it left off.
Your menu is yours
You keep every right to the photo you upload. You are giving us permission to host it and show it to people who open your link, and nothing more — we do not sell it, license it, or use it to advertise anything.
By uploading, you are telling us you are entitled to use that image. If somebody sends us a credible complaint that a page infringes their rights, we may take it down.
What you may not upload
- Anything designed to impersonate another business, a bank, or a government service.
- Anything illegal, or anything that exists to mislead the person scanning it.
- Anything you do not have the right to publish.
We will remove a page that does any of this without notice or refund. This is not a formality: one abusive page can get the whole domain flagged by browsers, which would break every other customer's menu at once.
Your update link
The link in your welcome email is what lets you change your page. Anyone who has that link can change your menu, so treat it like a key. If you think it has got out, tell us and we will issue a new one.
What we promise, and what we do not
We will keep your page online and make your changes promptly. We cannot promise the service is never interrupted — it runs on infrastructure we do not own, and outages happen. If the service is down, that is not a reason to stop trusting the link; it will come back.
We are not responsible for losses that follow from an outage, from a menu you uploaded being wrong, or from anything a customer of yours does after scanning your code. Our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months.
Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Ending it
You can leave at any time. We may end the service for a customer who breaks the upload rules above, or if we stop offering it — in which case we will give you as much notice as we reasonably can, help you move, and refund the unused part of what you paid.
Changes to these terms
If we change anything that matters, we will email you before it takes effect.
