There is no tracking on this site. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts, and no cookies. We do not know who visits, and we are not trying to find out.
What we hold about you
- Your menu photo, and the business name, phone number, hours and tagline you type in. All of it is meant to be public — it is the page.
- Your email address, so we can send your links and a receipt.
- Your phone number and postal address, if you bought a plan that includes decals, so we can post them to you.
What we deliberately do not hold
- Your card details. Payment goes straight to Stripe. We never see a card number and could not produce one if asked.
- The location data in your photo. Phone photos carry GPS coordinates. Your photo is resized on your own phone before it is uploaded, and that process drops every embedded tag. Those coordinates never reach us — we cannot leak what we were never sent.
- Your IP address. We count requests per visitor to stop abuse, but what we store is a one-way hash, not the address itself.
Who else is involved
- Netlify hosts the site and stores the photos.
- Stripe takes payments and holds the billing relationship.
- Resend delivers our email.
- Anthropic may briefly see your menu photo if it is used to fill in your business name, phone and hours automatically. It is not used to train anything and it is not kept.
That is the whole list. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.
People who scan your code
We do not track them either. Someone opening your menu is not asked for anything, not given a cookie, and not counted individually.
How long we keep things
- A page you never paid for is deleted after seven days, photos and all.
- A page you pay for is kept as long as you have it, and stays online frozen if you stop paying — so your decals do not turn into dead links.
- Ask us to delete everything and we will, permanently. Your page goes with it, so the codes you have printed will stop working — we will say so before we do it.
Your say
Ask and we will tell you exactly what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Reply to any email we have sent you. There is no form and no ticket system; a person reads it and answers.
Children
This is a tool for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 13 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
